A Daughter of Salem: Catharsis

This was a private commission from a patron as a gift for his girlfriend. This posed a unique challenge as the gift was to be a surprise, so the patron had to get pictures of his girlfriend without giving anything away. Therefore, I had to work from cellphone pics with poor lighting. In the end everyone was happy, which is the best result an artist can ask for.

The painting is 11″ x 14″, oil on paper mounted on masonite.
